Candidates for COMLEX-USA take the examination in a controlled testing center in order to ensure high quality and standardized administration and evaluation.

At each NCCST location, candidates encounter standardized patients (SPs) in simulated clinical settings that are directed through Education Management Solutions’ (EMS) SIMULATIONiQ Enterprise clinical simulation management platform. This assists our administrators in managing every aspect of the testing environment including scheduling, paging, audio-video recording, assessment and SOAP notes.
